About Us

Dr. Sullens attended the University of Alabama at Birmingham, earning a Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemistry. He then went on to earn his Doctor of Dental Medicine Degree from the University of Alabama School of Dentistry.  In August of 2001, Dr. Sullens opened Cahaba Dental in Trussville and began practicing family dentistry.

Dr. Sullens is a member of the Birmingham District Dental Society, The Alabama Dental Association, The Academy of General Dentistry, The American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine, and The Birmingham Society for Advanced Dentistry, of which he also served as President for two years.  He is also in the process of earning his Fellowship in the Acadamy of General Dentistry (FAGD).

In his free time, Dr. Sullens likes to play the piano, work in his garden, and spend time with his family.
